Heat 100gm jaggery along with 1 cup of water in low flame in a pan.
Add 100gm cashew nut pieces to the mix ,stir well and switch off the flame.
Transfer the mix to a plain tray, which is coated with ghee.
Allow to Cool.
After cooling cut in desired shapes and serve
